intrusion protection is a specialist task: our managed service
allows you to concentrate on policy and development.

Our managed services cover all types of active security systems,
including:

- IDS and IPS: intrusion detection and protection systems from
all vendors

- firewalls: perimeter protection appliances, both corporate
and remote

- event management: security event log handling and storage

* Tailored Services

We recognise that the level of support provided to a customer
has to be appropriate to the importance of the systems covered
by the contact.

Our service can be tailored to meet real business needs, including
the hours covered, response times and escalation.

* Track Record

We have a long-term contract with a mobile phone operator to
provide a managed service for the maintenance of its intrusion
detection systems. The equipment supported contains both ISS
RealSecure and Proventia and Enterasys Dragon products, with a
mixture of systems installed by us and other integrators.

IDsec is currently supporting an event management system for
one of the UK's largest electricity producers. This is based on
RSA enVision appliances and our service covers all aspects of
system operation.
